I too am glad there are free versions of most of these games. Once or twice I have had a problem with loading a game (I am running a 64bit system) but it can usually be fixed by shutting off my antivirus for 15min while downloadng. I run Vista on my my machine also and when I first downloaded the game it looked like it did not work. I clicked download game again, the install box came up right away and then it loaded with no problem. Perhaps the first reviewer could try it again.
So anyway, I have finished the game, and enjoyed it. At start up you are given three modes of play, two modes, easy and more difficult with hidden objects and highlighted search areas and the third choice is adventurer mode which runs without hidden objects or lists of objects needed to find and complete the puzzles. I played the adventure mode. There are lots of puzzles but they are certainly easy enough. The game and characters are a little hokey but for the money it is better than the average hidden object game. I recommend it to beginners and anyone else looking to pass the time while keeping the mind a little active.

Glad they have free trials, and this is why I always get the free trial first. I have Windows Vista, and this game would not even open on my PC. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it — still no go.

Game was fun to play. Not overly complicated, however, I did have to cheat one or two times with the hint button (when given the hint what to do, if I looked closer, the solution was obivious). The story line kept me interested and the hide and seek did not slow it down. I had no trouble downloading it and I did not have to disable my anti virus or firewall to do it. The game played flawlessly and it took me about 4 day’s (that’s average for me) to get through it. It was interesting enough that I will eventually play it again. I’m using a 1 year old win 7 HP with 8 gigs of ram and 1 terrabite hard drive running 64 bit current with MS update. I do not know why the other reviewers had a hard time with Tales from the Dragon Mountain game because it did not even put a strain on my computer I was multi-tasking while playing it and did not shut down no running programs or services. Oh well, I do recommend this game. PS why only 4 star’s? A really challenging game for me task a week to play. I just love hide and seek games. No life!
